Chasing light and grades

Saki is a software engineer by day and climbing photographer by night. Born, raised, and now working in the SF Bay Area, she is an avid weekend warrior and makes pilgrimages to rocks as often as possible.

Saki got her start in photography when Zoey, Touchstone routesetter, took her to Bishop as a fledgling climber. Bishop led to Joshua Tree, Yosemite, Hawaii, and everything climbable up and down the California coast. Somewhere in between, Saki started shooting competitions for Touchstone Climbing and collaborating with Outpost Digital Cinema on Touchstone projects. She is always looking for new places and perspectives to explore with her camera.
